Comparing the behavior of the coupling constants for the Quantum Electrodynamics and the Quantum Chromodynamies we observe the impossibility to use perturbative methods to describe the strong interaction at low energies. This give us a good reason for explore other procedures in order to calculate properties of hadronic systerns. In this work we present how construct an effective interaction lagrangian of srnaller order, useful to describe processes mesons-Nucleon with energy less than l,O GeV.
