Política macroeconómica y sector productivo

El artículo enfatiza en la necesaria armonización entre las políticas macroeconómicas y sectoriales, ilustrado con diversas experiencias de la última década donde el objetivo de estabilidad se torna contradictorio con los objetivos de crecimiento y empleo dejando secuelas de deterioro en los principales indicadores económicos.

This article stresses the necessary coherence between macro-economic and sectorial policies, illustrated with diverse experiences of the last decade, where the aim of stability becomes contradictory with the aims of growth and employment, leaving sequels of damage in the main economic indicators. There is also an exposition of the characteristics of specific sectorial policy, pointing out that it is, finally the implementation of monetary trade and fiscal instruments in support of production, where what is important is the agreements between the public and private sectors, the political decision to do it and the strength of the institutions.
