Modelo de aceptación de la tecnología (TAM) y el comercio móvil: M-Banking

Las transacciones que se realizan a través del comercio móvil se han hecho cada vez más frecuentes, al igual que el riesgo percibido por el usuario en el momento de realizar cada una de ellas. Diferentes tipos de transacciones son más susceptibles a ese riesgo y por ende pierden confiabilidad entre los usuarios del comercio móvil; como lo son las transacciones de tipo bancario. El artículo pretende formular una propuesta de aplicación del Modelo de Aceptación de la Tecnología para identificar, explicar y predecir los factores que generan confianza en los usuarios al hacer uso del comercio electrónico, específicamente a partir del Mobile Banking.
