Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Todo artículo debe incluir:

    1. Nombres y apellidos de los autores y su afiliación explícita.
    2. Dirección postal y electrónica (e-mail) de cada autor.
    3. RESUMEN, con su versión en inglés: ABSTRACT.
    4. Palabras y frases claves (Key words and phrases).
    5. Clasificación AMS (AMS Subject Classification).
    6. Referencias bibliográficas.

Author Guidelines

The Revista Colombiana de Matemáticas publishes original research papers in all areas of pure and applied mathematics. Well written expository papers and new proofs of known results are also considered. The Revista publishes papers only in English, and in very exceptional cases also in Spanish. All papers are carefully refereed.

Submitted manuscripts should be typewritten in LaTeX with the style of the Revista revcolmat.cls and whose bibliography is kept in a .bib file to be compiled with BIBTEX. The templates Author.tex and RMCbibtex.bib can be used for reference.

The manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF form (attaching all original LaTeX files) to one of the editors, preferably one whose area of expertise is akin to the subject of the manuscript.

Every paper must contain:

  1. Complete names of the authors and their affiliation.
  2. Postal and electronic address of each author.
  3. Abstract.
  4. Key words and phrases.
  5. AMS Subject Classification.
  6. Bibliographic references.

Artículos

Artículos investigativos originales pertenecientes a todas las ramas de la matemática pura y aplicada. Se consideran también artículos divulgativos o de revisión de gran calidad de exposición así como demostraciones nuevas y elegantes de resultados conocidos. Se publican artículos  Español,  Inglés, Francés y Portugués.
