Progress and challenges in the implementation of the Peace Agreement with the FARC

In this thematic issue of the journal, we invite authors to submit research articles on the developments of the agreement signed between the Government and the FARC guerrilla in 2016. The aim is to understand the advances, difficulties and new phenomena that have been generated with the implementation of the commitments foreseen in the Final Agreement, especially in the six points that compose it: Comprehensive Rural Reform; Political Participation; Reincorporation of the FARC-EP into civilian life; Solution to the Problem of Illicit Drugs; Victims; Implementation and Verification Mechanisms.

Methodological aspects of the articles.

The articles should be the product of systematic research in the area of interest of the call, using case studies to provide data to support the arguments. Articles should contain relevant bibliographic citation around the chosen topic.

Intellectual property.

Articles must be unpublished and not submitted for simultaneous consideration in other publications. Along with the article, in the body of the e-mail, the following paragraph should be attached:

"I hereby certify that the article (Article Title), sent from this email account for consideration in the journal, is unpublished and is not being evaluated by another publication. Additionally, if the article is approved for publication, I assign the copyright to the journal Análisis Político - IEPRI/Universidad Nacional de Colombia".

Format of presentation of the articles.

All articles proposed to the journal Análisis Político must comply with each of the nine (9) format requirements indicated in the guidelines to authors, otherwise they will not enter the evaluation process and will be returned with the respective note to the author.
