Aquí comiença un vocabulario en la lengua castellana y mexicana

El distinguido profesor y diligente investigador de la Universidad de Málaga que ya ha publicado otros trabajos referentes a cuestiones americanas (por ej., Los herbolarios de Indias en los tratados científicos de Nicolás Monardes: Anuario de Letras, XXVI, 1998,47-73; Nombres indígenas de plantas americanas en los tratados científicos de Fray Agustín Farfán: Boletín de filología, Santiago, XXXVI, 1997, 119-61; Léxico indígena de fauna y flora en tratados sobre las Indias Occidentales de autores andaluces, Granada, Univ. de Granada, 1992) nos presenta una edición facsimilar del vocabulario castellano-mejicano del franciscano fray Alonso de Molina, publicado en Méjico en 1555, reelaborado y aumentado luego en una nueva edición de 1571.
