El artículo explora, en un primer momento, la conexión que existe entre la forma específica de conocer, propia de la física, sobre la base de leyes universales, y los rasgos más generales del concepto de tiempo, tal como se usa en esta disciplina. Sobre la base de esta caracterización general, se explicitan distintas versiones de concepciones absolutistas y relativistas del tiempo y se contrastan entre sí.
This article starts with an exploration of the connection between the specific form of knowledge in physics, on the basis of universal laws, and the most general traits of the concept of time as it is used in that discipline. After this characterization, the article examines several versions of absolute and relativistic conceptions of time and proceeds to compare them.
