The Revista Ciudades, Estados y Política receives manuscripts on a permanent basis under the modality of free theme. These are published in strict order, according to the date of reception, editorial revision, and academic peer review. The average time of evaluation and publication for a manuscript is 12 months. The Journal has a procedure to prevent plagiarism; therefore, it is recommended to make an ethical use of the contents utilized in the research process and preparation of the manuscript. The paper must be of quality; such quality is judged based on its originality, relevance, rigor, and academic and scientific credibility.
