La apertura económica, la reforma agraria, los convenios de absorción y el crédito agrícola, han sido los instrumentos de política agraria más utilizados por las diferentes administraciones a lo largo de la década 1990-2000, a fin de solucionar problemas existentes en el sector agrario colombiano. El presente artículo describe y analiza la evolución y desarrollo de dichos instrumentos durante el período considerado, así como los resultados obtenidos mediante su utilización.
This article deals with the agriculture policy in Colombia during
1990-2000. Founded on sorne indicators such as growth of the
production, land reform, credits, prizes, balance of payment, etc.
It gathers information and analyses the mains economics and
management techniques carried out by Agriculture Ministery, to
garantee an appropriate administration of the agricultural sector
in Colombia. It has also been consideret the suitable actions to
solve the mains problems ofthe agricultural sector.
