Buildings are one of the key players in reducing polluting gas emissions that are causing the current climate crisis. To this end, governments around the world promote the integration of strategies to reduce energy consumption in their building parks. In Colombia, Resolution 0549 of 2015 stands out as the instrument that requires compliance with certain percentages of energy savings in new buildings of different types and climatic zones. However, there are few studies on the impact of the application of this regulation on the power consumption curve of buildings. This paper presents an analysis of the impacts of integration energy-savings strategies over the power consumption curve of a residential building median income for five (5) stages: actual building, building configured with typical characteristics of the stock, and three (3) scenarios integration of energy-savings strategies recommended by Resolution 0549 (horizontal shading, natural ventilation, and Window Wall Ratio). Results show that the actual building presents a 20% saving concerning the reference building due to the energy efficiency of lifts and lighting. The scenario analysis revealed that the analyzed strategies only produce a significant impact on air conditioning consumption. It is also possible to appreciate that the integrations of energy-saving strategies reduce the transformer's chargeability. Finally, the estimated annual consumption results for each scenario served to evaluate compliance with the regulatory savings percentages established by Resolution 0549 for two climatic zonings in which the Bucaramanga Metropolitan Area can be classified.
