Catéter heparinizado y su uso en pediatría

La cateterización y el mantenimiento de un acceso venoso como medio de muchos esquemas terapéuticos, plantea un problema de primera línea. Más aún, cuando en pediatría debe mantenerse el concepto de lograr la mayor duración con un mínimo de trauma. La aparición del catéter heparinizado se constituyó en una alternativa para la solución de esta dificultad.
