Aportes y Logros del Convenio de Cooperación en Física

Después de haber descrito el desarrollo de las diversas etapas del convenio de cooperación mutua científico-técnica entre Alemania y el Departamento de Física de la Universidad Nacional en Bogotá, presentamos ahora un análisis de las circunstancias históricas que a nuestro juicio favorecieron el inicio y la realización del convenio: las contribuciones y aportes de las dos partes implicadas en éste programa, y los principales logros.

In this paper, we present an analysis of the historical circumstances that favored the technical cooperation agreement between the Federal German Republic and the Physics Department of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. The contributions and the success of such an agreement.
