  • ORIGINALITY
Ensure that the article has not been previously published and is not under simultaneous consideration by another journal.
  • TEMPLATE AND STYLE
Prepare the article using the Word template, in its Spanish or English version, according to the language of your manuscript. The template includes the journal’s style guidelines and bibliographic requirements.

Author Guidelines

Please refer to the Word templates available in Spanish and English.

  • Contributions must not exceed 20 pages.
  • The article must adhere strictly to the format of the Word template, respecting page size, margins, typography, font size, alignment, title styles, and other formal specifications.
  • Appendices, annexes, and supplementary materials containing substantial content are not accepted; all relevant information in the manuscript must be included within the main body of the article.
  • The sections presented in the template, as well as their titles, constitute a general guide for the organization of the manuscript. Their use may vary depending on the nature, focus, and particular needs of each article. The final structure may be adjusted as required by the content of the work, provided that a clear, logical, and coherent organization is maintained.
  • In-text references to elements such as figures, tables, equations, references, or other content that may include hyperlinks (e.g., “ 1”, “Table 2”, “Eq. 3”, “[4]”) must be visually distinguished through the use of color, in order to facilitate their identification during the layout process and ensure the correct incorporation of hyperlinks in the final version of the document.
  • The writing must be clear, precise, and coherent, in Spanish or in academic English, according to the language of the manuscript. If the article is submitted in English and this is not the authors’ native language, it is recommended that it be reviewed by someone with an advanced command of academic English and experience in scientific writing. At MOMENTO, the quality of the writing is assessed from the initial review of the manuscript; therefore, poor writing may hinder the evaluation of the article, lead to a request for prior corrections, or even prevent the editorial process from beginning.

Section Policies

Articles

The article contents can not have been published total or partially in another magazine. Each manuscript will be submitted to an evaluation process by peers selected by the editorial committee and according to their answer the article will be published or rejected, and possible modifications will be suggested. The editorial committee will be able to reject, suggest changes or make style and grammar modifications without changing the scientific content. The accepted articles for publication will be checked in the final version for each one of the authors. The evaluation time is at least one month. The precision of the information in the articles including figures, tables, and bibliographical citations is a complete responsibility of the author or authors.
