The hypothesis of a too precocious rupture of mother newborn dialogue as a cause of psychosomatic disorders and dissociative psychosis is proposed. This hypothesis is based on the work of Joyce McDouglas and of Paris School Psychoanalysts, using the Bion precocious communication scheme: β elements are translated by the baby in order to means a maternal "reverie" added to α elements as answer. If this elements are congruent, they constitute the basis of a future symbolization based on the word.
