Siglo XXI: reto a la información

En los inicios del siglo XXI, la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia debe abordar el reto de la educación en salud con una visión moderna y adecuada a las técnicas actuales de la informática y la comunicación. Esto sin desconocer nuestra trayectoria docente y profesional que es, precisamente, donde se encuentra nuestra mayor fortaleza. Es por ello, que la administración actual se ha empeñado en convocar a los docentes de las cinco carreras de nuestra facultad a producir un hipertexto propio, dentro las múltiples políticas tendientes a la actualización y producción del saber autóctono, en coordinación con el conocimiento universal.
