Procedencia : Buenaventura.
Diagnóstico: Herida del Corazón (aurícula iaquierda) con arma punzante.
Residencia de la familia: Condoto. (Chocó).
Edad: 21 años .
Fue hospitalizado el 29 de marzo a las cinco de la tarde.
Antecedentes: Este soldado durante su vida cuartelaria sufrió de
fríos y fiebres (tercia benigna), para lo cual se trató convenientemente, además presentó un esguince de la articulación del carpo con deslizamiento de una bolsa sinovial para lo cual se le aplicó una banda compresora y se le suprimieron los ejercicios fuertes.
