Queremos hablar hoy de tres historia clínicas, referentes a estenosis del colon. Las enfermas llegaron al Pabellón Sta. Helena u ocuparon nuestro servicio del Hospital de San Juan de Dios, en donde se hizo el correspondiente estudio. Uno de los casos en cuestión fue operado. Salió por curación, continuó después en perfecta salud y se controló recientemente, radiológica y clínicamente, ratificando el concepto de sus funciones absolutamente normales. Los otros dos, no operables, continuaron agravándose progresivamente y terminaron por la muerte en un tiempo más o menos lejano.
