Trabajo presentado en el curso de Clínica Médica del Profesor J. Hernando Ordoñez

Fue en el año de 1932 cando por primera vez Loeffler, de Zurich, llevando a cabo una serie de trabajos destinados a diferenciar las lesiones infiltrativas pulmonares, en las cuales estudio la evolución de los infiltrados precoces, observo que algunos regresaban en breve tiempo, y analiza el problema del diagnóstico diferencial con infiltraciones secundarias. Publicó pues en dicho año los primeros trabajos y, secundado por  otros autores, mas tarde hizo una nueva comunicación detallada, en 1936, a la Comisión suiza de lucha contra la tuberculosis.
