La educación es sin duda una de las grandes estrategias para el desarrollo de los pueblos que cobra importancia en la medida en que el conocimiento se convierte en una herramienta de excelencia para el bienestar de la sociedad. ¿Puede esta quedar en manos de las fuerzas del mercado y convertir a la sociedad en espectadora pasiva de su desenvolvimiento? ¿Es la educación universitaria un problema que cada cual resuelve como mejor puede, en un panorama de posibilidades limitadas y acceso restringido?
