APRENDIZAJE ORGANIZACIONAL Y APRENDIZAJE MEDIANTE LA “HISTORIA COMO ARGUMENTO” POR PARTE DE ACTORES VIOLENTOS NO ESTATALES. EL CASO DE LAS FARC-EP EN COLOMBIA

ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING AND LEARNING BY "HISTORY AS ARGUMENT" BY VIOLENT NON-STATE ACTORS. THE CASE IN COLOMBIA FARC-EP

El punto central de este artículo son las FARC-EP de Colombia, la guerrilla más antigua y con más combatientes y por lo tanto uno de los más importantes actores violentos no estatales en América Latina. Se analizará su potencial de aprendizaje para la paz y para la violencia, en una perspectiva normativa pero a la vez abierta. El fundamento teórico es un modelo de aprendizaje basado en las teorías del “aprendizaje organizacional” y del aprendizaje mediante la “Historia como argumento”. El periodo de investigación se extiende desde la fundación de la guerrilla en 1964 hasta el presente. Se mostrará la relación mutua entre “aprendizaje organizacional” y aprendizaje mediante la “Historia como argumento” y de ambos con el aprendizaje de la paz y de la violencia, así mismo, si un ti po de aprendizaje resiste al otro y cuándo y cómo uno cuestiona al otro y qué papel juega esto en las negociaciones de 2012/2013.

The central point of the article is the Colombian FARC-EP, the oldest and, by members, the largest guerrilla and therefore one of the most important non-state violent actors in Latin America. Its potentials for peace- and violence-learning will be analyzed in a normative but at the same time open perspective. The theoretical foundation is a learning model based upon the theory of "organizational learning" and learning by "history as an argument". The research period reaches from the founding of the guerrilla 1964 until the present. The relationship to each other will be shown between "organizational learning" and learning by "history as an argument" , and both of them to peace- and violence-learning,whether the one type of learning withstands compared to the other, respectively when and how the one is questioning the other and which role does this play for the peace negotiations in 2012/2013.
