This is an interview made to one of the Sanandrean hostesseswho participates in the English Immersion Programme: Caselita Forbes. In her interview she makes it evident that it is through traditional foods that relationships are established during the course. After having teachers from different places in Colombia, she now makes arepas(a typical kind of bread from Antioquia) for breakfast on the island, and the participant teachers that have been at her home usually call her and ask her to send them rondon (a typical dish from the island).

Esta es una entrevista realizada a una de las azafatas Sanandrean que participa en el Programa de Inmersión en Inglés: Caselita Forbes. En su entrevista se hace evidente que es a través de los alimentos tradicionales que las relaciones se establecen durante el curso. Después de que los maestros de diferentes lugares de Colombia, que ahora hace arepas (una especie típica de pan de Antioquia) para el desayuno en la isla, y los profesores participantes que han estado en su casa suelen llamarla y pedirle que envíe rondon (a plato típico de la isla).
