Environmental performance is a key factor in optimizing the operations of the Colombian manufacturing industry and mitigating its negative impacts. In response, the sector has incorporated various green practices; however, there is limited systematization of these advances. Therefore, this study develops a systematic review to identify trends and understand the behavior of environmental performance in Colombian manufacturing. Thirty-six articles published between 2014 and 2025 in Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar were analyzed, following an environmental approach and the PRISMA 2020 methodology. Quality and risk of bias were assessed using the ROBIS and AMSTAR-2 tools according to their established domains. The results show sustained growth in research focused on green practices and their contribution to improving environmental performance in the country. Finally, it is suggested that future research should investigate the barriers that limit the effective adoption of these practices in the manufacturing sector.
