Presentamos a consideración de los lectores un extracto del editorial de DYNA No. 4 de 1934, escrito por el Ex-Ministro de Estado y fundador de DYNA Joaquín Vallejo A., titulado "El Rumbo de Nuestra Escuela". Lo reproducimos en primer lugar, para rendirle homenaje al Doctor Vallejo como fundador de DYNA que es y, en segundo lugar, porque a pesar de haberse escrito hace 44 años, lo que afirma el Ex-Ministro en ese editorial, es de completa actualidad.
