IDENTIFICACIÓN DE EXIGENCIAS PROFESIONALES DE LOS EGRESADOS DE LA LICENCIATURA EN PSICOLOGÍA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE SONORA DESDE EL ENFOQUE DE LOS EMPLEADORES

IDENTIFICATION OF PROFESSIONAL DEMANDING OF BACHELORS IN PSYCHOLOGY OF SONORA UNIVERSITY SINCE EMPLOYEES FOCUS

Desde hace ya algunas décadas, los problemas derivados de la relación educación-empleo, ocupan una atención creciente en las sociedades del mundo actual, constituyendo desafíos para la investigación, la planificación y la evaluación educativa. Desde este marco, el presente trabajo aborda esa relación, pero circunscribiéndose a aquellos aspectos relacionados con los conocimientos, habilidades y competencias adquiridas por los egresados y a su pertinencia con la realidad del mercado laboral.  La pregunta central que inspira y es guía de esta presentación puede ser sintetizada de la siguiente manera: son las competencias adquiridas en la formación de los psicólogos egresados de la Universidad de Sonora, acordes a las condiciones actuales del mercado de trabajo y de los empleadores?  La coyuntura a la que se hace mención, así como el análisis de las relaciones entre la formación universitaria y el mercado de trabajo, no pueden ser aisladas del modo de vida y de producción de una estructura social determinada, y deben estar encaminadas a coadyuvar en la inserción laboral del egresado. 

Since some decades, the problems coming from the education-employment relation occupy an increasing attention in the societies of the world now a days, setting challenges for the research, planning and educative assessment. From this point, the present paper approaches this relation, but circumscribes some aspects related to the knowledge, abilities, and competences acquired by the bachelors, and their relevance with the working market. The main question which inspires and is also a guide of this presentation can be summarized as following: are the competences acquired in the formation of physiologist bachelors of Sonora University, agreed to the current market and employees conditions? The juncture that is mentioned such as the analysis of the relations between university formation and working market can’t be isolated from the life style and production of a specific social structure, which must set on the right road and co-help in the working insertion of the bachelor.
