Upon recognition that there is no public policy on Science and Technology (S&T) that has not been developed gradually and with a focus on social construct, the Institute for Technology Transfer and Innovation (ITTI) of the Technical University of Oruro ( UTO), recognizes the need for Bolivia to direct the expectations of its new National Plan for Science, Technology and Innovation (PNCTI) in emerging areas such as Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (NC&NT), preparing for it the first proposal for a dissemination plan and training focused on this field. This first proposal was presented to a group of experts in the field in the First Congress Disclosure Nanotechnology in Bolivia (D-nanoBOL), why and in light of the comments received on the same restructuring and is presented in this article , getting to have the following lines of action: 1) Creation of a national network of outreach and training NC&NT, 2) promoting social appropriation of NC&NT, 3) Bringing NC&NT the pre-university education system, 4) Bringing to NC&NT university education system 5) Promote NC&NT to different productive sectors and policy makers, 6) Projecting the Bolivian network internationally with counterparts in other countries entities. The challenge is given on the basis of which this is the genesis for dissemination and training NC&NT in Bolivia
