From the Faculty of Administration of the National University of Colombia Manizales branch, it is of great interest to promote and allow spaces for the dissemination of research results of students, researchers and teachers. In this edition of NOVUM, we present five research articles framed in the social sciences.

We thank all the people who participate in the NOVUM process, those who, with their academic contributions, dedication of time, accompaniment and empathy for our work, make it possible, despite the adversities, to continue this work.
