RMN DE ALCALOIDES DEL TROPANO

De las partes aéreas de Brugmansia sanguínea se aislaron 4 alcaloides, (previamente aislados)(1): apoescopo lamina [ 1] ,escopolamina [2 ), atropina [3) y 6-beta-hidroxi-3-alfa tigloiloxitropano (4). La identificación se llevó a cabo mediante estudios espectroscópicos (ir, em, rmn 'H, 13C). El análisis de los experimentos de resonancia magnética nuclear 1 H, 13C(1 D, 20, APT, DEPT ), permitió la asignación inequívoca de las señales de 1H y 13Cpara los cuatro compuestos, siendo la primera vez que se publican estos datos.
