ESTUDIO FITOQUIMICO DE LAS SEMILLAS DE SILLIBUM MARIANUM

La parte experimental del estudio de las semillas oleaginosas de Sillibum Marianum, incluye las determinaciones correspondientes a la parte física y química del aceite y de la torta residual. La determinación de los ácidos grasos del aceite se hizo por cromatografía en fase gaseosa, y el reconocimiento de los aminoácidos de la torta  residual empleando cromatografía en capa fina.
