El modelo descrito considera al sistema de suministro de medicamentos como un elemento activo dentro de la estructura funcional del servicio farmacéutico actual. Este se define metodológicamente a través de tres elementos básicos (la Fundamentación, el Ente Ejecutor y los Sistemas de Información) los cuales están presentes en cada una de las etapas y su interacción continua determina el grado de efectividad y eficiencia del servicio.
The described pattern considers to the system of supply of medications like an active element inside the functional structure of the current pharmaceutical service. This is defined metodologically through of three basic elements (Foundation, entity executioner and information systems) which are present in each one of the stages and their continuous interactions determine degree of effectiveness and efficiency of the system.
