La incidencia de la composición fosfolipídica sobre el tamaño de liposomas tipo Vesículas Multilaminares Grandes (MLV), almacenadas durante 18 días bajo condiciones de temperatura de refrigeración y en atmósfera libre de oxígeno ha sido examinada empleando la técnica de microscopía óptica para la determinación de la distribución de tamaño. Las MLVs fueron preparadas por el método clásico de evaporación de solvente. Experimentalmente se encuentra que el diámetro externo promedio de MLVs cuya composición de colesterol varía 0 y 30% se halla entre 5 y 9 um.
The effect of phospholipid composition of liposomes type Multilamellar Large Vesicles (MLV) on his size, stored for up to 18 days under conditions of refrigeration temperature in an oxygen-free atmosphere has been examined using the optic microscopy technique for the determination of size distribution. The MLVs were prepared by classic method of solvent evaporation. The experimental results shown that MLVs average external diameter, whose cholesterol composition varies between 0 and 30% is in the 5 to 9 um range.
