El presente artículo argumenta que la modalidad trivializa el “argumento ontológico” de Gödel. El texto se divide en cuatro momentos: (a) breve explicación de algunos conceptos previos del argumento y de sus cadenas inferenciales, (b) tratamiento del razonamiento con sistemas modales implícitos, (c) desenvolvimiento de la trivialización de los operadores modales, (d) problematización de la positividad y refinamiento del argumento por medio de modalidad deóntica y doxástica. El tema exige un nivel técnico alto, sin embargo, a medida que el texto avance se irán aclarando fórmulas y conceptos. Lo único que este artículo presupone es conocimiento y manejo básico de lógica proposicional y modal.
The following article argues that modality trivializes Gödel’s “ontological argument”. The text is divided into four moments: (a) a brief explanation of some preliminary concepts of the argument and its inferential chains, (b) the treatment of the reasoning with implicit modal systems, (c) the unfoldment of the trivialization of modal operators, (d) the problematization of the argument’s positivity and refinement through doxastic and deontic modality. The subject matter requires a high technical level; however, as the text progresses, some formulas and concepts are going to be clarified. The only knowledge that the article presupposes is a basic understanding of propositional and modal logic.
