Sustainability in Isolated Mini – Grid Operation With Ancillary Services: Colombian Case

Integration of DER in the distribution system with the capacity to operate isolated from electrical power system, have some technical and economic challenges to a sustainable energy supply. We propose a model that include some technical and economic impacts to integrate DERs for security of supply and economic benefit to incentive the invest in isolated mini grid operation.
