This article shows the evolution of quality service indexes in CODENSA S.A. ESP since 2011 to date, as well as the projected improvement estimated for the year 2021. It also shows the strategy used through different investment projects and maintenance plans that seek the standardization of electrical networks and the way to telecontrol implementation, remote management and an automated medium voltage network.
