Improvement Strategies for Quality Service Indexes in ENEL Colombia-The Execution

This article shows the execution strategy used to materialize the investment projects and maintenance plans proposed to improve the quality service indexes in CODENSA S.A. ESP. Also, the special handling given to contingencies presented in the middle of this execution is presented. Finally, it is presented the developments and innovations that have been used to mitigate the impact of scheduled work on the continuity of service.
