Demand Response Program Implementation Methodology: A Colombian Study Case

This paper presents a methodology for the implementation of demand response (DR) programs in Colombia. A reference framework for this type of programs is detailed along with a literature survey applied to the Colombian case. Furthermore, the design of a DR pilot in three zones considering four type of users is detailed. Finally, some recommendations for the successful implementation of DR programs in Colombia are provided.
