El ocaso del entendimiento. Sobre el camino hacia la decadencia de un concepto filosófico en el marco de la filosofía clásica alemana

En este trabajo se ofrece una reconstrucción de la transformación semántica y sistemática del concepto kantiano de entendimiento en el marco de los filósofos postkantianos Reinhold y Fichte. Se argumenta que en las filosofías tempranas de Reinhold y Fichte el entendimiento pierde el rol preponderante que tiene para la filosofía crítica como facultad que hace posible un tipo particular de conocimiento metafísico, así como también es resignificado el tipo de acción que ejerce en una teoría de las facultades. El trabajo se divide en los pasos siguientes: 1) se presenta el valor filosófico del entendimiento en el marco de la filosofía teórica de Kant. 2) Luego, se examina su desligamiento funcional del concepto de conciencia dentro del marco de la filosofía elemental de Reinhold. 3) Por último, se analiza la concepción de Fichte del entendimiento como facultad menor en la Deducción de la representación de la Doctrina de la ciencia.
This work offers a reconstruction of the semantic and systematic transformation of Kant's concept of the understanding within the framework of the post-Kantian philosophers Reinhold and Fichte. It is argued that in the early philosophies of Reinhold and Fichte the understanding loses the predominant role it has in critical philosophy as a faculty that makes possible a particular type of metaphysical knowledge, and it also performs a different act within a theory of faculties. The paper is divided in the following steps: 1) the high philosophical value of the understanding is presented within the framework of Kant's theoretical philosophy. 2) Next, I examine its functional detachment from the concept of consciousness within the framework of Reinhold's elementary philosophy. 3) Finally, I analyse Fichte's conception of the understanding as a lesser faculty in the Deduction of Representation in the Doctrine of Science.
