As a contribution in generate and compiling information about the physical behavior of several ternary liquid mixtures used as vehicles in the design of liquid pharmaceutical dosage forms, the kinematic viscosity was determined at 25.0 °C for cosolvent mixtures obtained by mixing purified water, alcohol, propylene glycol, and glycerin formal, that is, solvents commonly used in parenteral medications. The results are presented as tables and Cartesian and triangular graphics. High deviations respect to logarithmic-additive behavior were found in almost the totality of cases studied
