La Eimeria Intricata (Spiegl)

La presente comunicación se basa en la descripción de ooquistes de la Eimeria Intricata, encontrados en un ovino procedente de Bogotá, de cuatro meses de edad, raza criolla con ¼ de sangre Romney; llevado a la Clínica de Consulta Externa de la Facultad de Medicina Veterinaria y de Zootecnia, el 15 de abril de 1955, con los síntomas de anemia, atonía de la panza y enteritis.
Al examen coprológico y usando las técnicas corrientes de enriquecimiento, se encontraron 12 huevos de Haemonchus por preparación, 14 ooquistes de Eimeria Arloingi y 18 ooquistes de Eimeria Intricata por preparación.Downloads
