Abstract (es)

Como hecho destacado desde el punto de vista técnico, profesional y de agremiación, cabe registrar la celebración del VI Congreso Nacional de Medicina Veterinaria y de Zootecnia, reunido en Bogotá durante los días 28 al 31 del mes de agosto pasado. Asistieron alrededor de 350 profesionales, estando también representada la República de Venezuela.

Además de las labores desarrolladas por las comisiones de rigor, para esta clase de certámenes, se presentaron setenta y tres trabajos sobre Bacteriología, Virología, Parasitología, Enseñanza, Sanidad Animal, Salud Pública, Cirugía y Clínica, algunos de los cuales constituyeron valioso aporte científico en los diferentes campos técnicos.
