El “sistema” de las pajillas ha encontrado su pleno empleo a medida que la congelación de semen se ha generalizado; él remplaza
hoy en día el uso de las ampollas y de los pellets. Se analiza el uso de nitrógeno líquido en la congelación de semen de toro y el porcentaje de espermatozoides vivos y reanimados posterior a cada ensayo.
