This paper presents a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) model based on computing with words. It is specifically used in the House of Quality (HOQ) construction phase. It illustrates the methodology employed in designing a prosthetic myoelectric hand.
En este artículo se presenta un modelo de Despliegue Función Calidad (QFD) apoyado en sistemas de computación con palabras. Específicamente se emplea en la fase de construcción de la Casa de Calidad (HOQ). La metodología se ilustra en la planeación del diseño de una Prótesis Mioeléctrica de Mano.
