Los estudios adelantados fueron realizados para el área de Biomecánica, tratando de que su desarrollo fuera lo más científico posible; y aplicado al estudio del sistema óseo del hombre, ya que él posee un material que tiene un comportamiento que hace posible las aplicaciones de conceptos mecánicos y físicos de la ingeniería para su análisis.
