En este trabajo se estudia el efecto de la temperatura sobre la velocidad específica de crecimiento, el consumo de sustrato y la producción de solventes en la fermentación acetobutílica, FABE. Se obtuvieron las temperaturas más apropiadas para las fases acidogénica y solventogénica y la influencia de la edad del inóculo sobre el crecimiento celular y la producción de solventes.
