Biorreactores: modelos matemáticos y su simulación sobre una hoja electrónica
Este artículo presenta brevemente el resultado de un trabajo de investigación y de consulta bibliográfica, que consistió en la recopilación de modelos matemáticos para biorreactores y la solución numérica de algunos de ellos en la hoja de cálculo Microsoft Excel®. Se presenta, con fines principalmente didácticos, una alternativa para la exposición de dicha información en un módulo interactivo para computador. El módulo interactivo se creó con una nueva herramienta—HTML Help Workshop®— que permite una presentación de tipo educativo que puede ser publicada sin dificultad en Internet.
