SUMARIO
Un caso típico de hepatitis tóxica presentó ictericia, incoordinación, depresión, marcha sin rumbo, apoyo de la cabeza sobre objetos y otros signos menos comunes como tensión en músculos de la cara y labios, emaciación, bostezos, etc. Se hizo diagnóstico diferencial con encefalomielitis equina y se trató exitosamente con antibióticos, corticoides, antihistamínicos y lipotrópicos.
