Una defensa fenomenológica al lenguaje inclusivo

En este artículo pretendo argumentar a favor del uso del lenguaje inclusivo entendido como la sustitución de las terminaciones en a y o de los sustantivos y adjetivos femeninos y masculinos del español por alternativas como e, @ y x. Para este propósito, haré uso de la fenomenología como marco metodológico en aras de mostrar cómo la experiencia lingüística posee una capacidad transformadora, tanto en la identidad personal como en el pensamiento y en la historia colectiva. Junto con la fenomenología, utilizaré testimonios para mostrar cómo, contrario a lo estipulado en el Informe de la Real Academia Española sobre el lenguaje inclusivo y cuestiones conexas, el lenguaje puede ser en sí mismo sexista y, cuando esto sucede, debe ser transformado.

In this article I intend to argue in favor of the use of inclusive language understood as the substitution of the a and o endings of the feminine and masculine nouns and adjectives in Spanish by alternatives such as e, @ and x. For this purpose, I will make use of phenomenology as a methodological framework in order to show how linguistic experience has a transforming capacity in terms of personal identity, thought and collective history. Along with phenomenology, I will use some testimonies to show how, contrary to what is stipulated in the Report of the Royal Spanish Academy on inclusive language and related issues, language can itself be sexist and, when this happens, it deserves to be transformed.
