Even the increase of the situations of the people with Alzheimer illness or another kind of mental illness and their family difficulties for to offer home care to these people, we offer trough this guide some care basic aspects. It is important that nurses when to go out the patient of the clinical institution give orientation to the family about the care for to provide attention to some needs Iike safe, comfort, food, communication, exercise and rest, communication and affection, between others; because so many times they have to confront alone these crisis for the progressive deteriorate in their love couple and without knowledge about what can or not do it. This guide can help to families and others non nursing professional people.
