La coproducción de servicios públicos es un factor clave en la prestación de servicios e innovación. Este artículo tuvo como objetivo investigar, a través de una revisión sistemática de la literatura, las agendas sobre coproducción de servicios públicos para conocer la dirección que este tema ha tomado en la literatura desde el 2011 hasta 2021. Se llevó a cabo el análisis de 91 artículos disponibles en las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science. Se consideraron todas las contribuciones científicas del tipo “artículo”, sin distinción entre estudios teóricos y empíricos, mediante una consulta en la plataforma cafe del portal de la Capes. Los principales temas abordados en las agendas de investigación se relacionan con la conceptualización y desarrollo de la coproducción de servicios públicos; la coproducción ciudadana; el papel e incentivos del gobierno en la coproducción; la innovación en la coproducción de servicios públicos, y enfoques metodológicos. Esta revisión permitió observar las temáticas y agendas propuestas para estudios futuros, enfocados en los incentivos gubernamentales en la coproducción de servicios públicos y en la identificación de los factores que motivan a los ciudadanos a coproducir. Es importante destacar que durante el análisis se encontraron algunas limitaciones debido a que la información fue recolectada hasta junio de 2021.
The co-production of public services is a key factor in service delivery and innovation. This article aimed to investigate, through a systematic literature review, the research agendas on public service co-production in order to identify the direction this topic has taken in the literature from 2011 to 2021. An analysis was conducted of 91 articles available in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. All scientific contributions classified as “articles” were considered, with no distinction between theoretical and empirical studies, through a search carried out on the CAFe platform of the Capes portal. The main themes addressed in the research agendas are related to the conceptualization and development of public service co-production, citizen co-production, the role of government and incentives for co-production, innovation in public service co-production, and methodological approaches. This review made it possible to identify the themes and agendas proposed for future studies, focusing on government incentives for public service co-production and on identifying the factors that motivate citizens to co-produce. It is important to note that some limitations were identified during the analysis, since the information was collected only up to June 2021.
A coprodução de serviços públicos é um fator-chave na prestação de serviços e na inovação. Este artigo teve como objetivo investigar, por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, as agendas de pesquisa sobre coprodução de serviços públicos, a fim de compreender a direção que esse tema tomou na literatura entre 2011 e 2021. Foi realizada a análise de 91 artigos disponíveis nas bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science. Foram consideradas todas as contribuições científicas do tipo “artigo”, sem distinção entre estudos teóricos e empíricos, por meio de consulta na plataforma CAFe do portal da Capes. Os principais temas abordados nas agendas de pesquisa relacionam-se à conceituação e ao desenvolvimento da coprodução de serviços públicos, à coprodução cidadã, ao papel e aos incentivos do governo na coprodução, à inovação na coprodução de serviços públicos e às abordagens metodológicas. Esta revisão permitiu identificar as temáticas e agendas propostas para estudos futuros, com foco nos incentivos governamentais à coprodução de serviços públicos e na identificação dos fatores que motivam os cidadãos a coproduzir. É importante destacar que, durante a análise, foram encontradas algumas limitações, uma vez que as informações foram coletadas apenas até junho de 2021.
