La dinámica comercial actual en la que se encuentran inmersas las empresas pertenecientes a las economías emergentes demanda la búsqueda de nuevos métodos para incrementar sus niveles de competitividad, resultando imperativo el estudio de las formas alternativas de desarrollo empresarial, como el intraemprendimiento y los factores que dentro de la organización pueden promover este tipo de conductas. Por tanto, el objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar la relación de elementos identificados en el entorno interno de la empresa con su nivel de intraemprendimiento. Para lograr lo anterior se aplicó un cuestionario a 144 empleados de rango medio del sector de servicios de transportación de pasajeros en el noreste de México, cuyos resultados fueron tratados por medio de un análisis multivariante de correlación y de regresión lineal múltiple. Los resultados sugieren un impacto positivo y significativo del soporte administrativo y la disponibilidad de tiempo en el intraemprendimiento, así como un impacto moderado de las recompensas otorgadas a los empleados. Estos resultados contribuyen a la creación de teoría en un contexto y sector escasamente estudiado, e invitan a la reflexión sobre la importancia de la consideración de estas prácticas como métodos efectivos de gestión en pro de la empresa.

Current commercial dynamics in companies from emerging economies requires searching for new methods to increase their competitiveness. This situation demands the study of alternative forms of corporate development such as intrapreneurship and the factors that may promote this behavior within an organization. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between specific elements of the internal environment of a company with its intrapreneurship level. For this, we administered a questionnaire to 144 mid-level employees in the passenger transportation sector in Northeast Mexico, whose results were treated with multiple variable correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study suggest a positive and significant impact of the administrative support and time availability on intrapreneurship, as well as a moderate effect of the rewards given to employees. These findings contribute to the creation of theory within a scarcely studied context and sector, and invite to reflect on the importance of considering these practices as effective management methods for companies.
A dinâmica comercial atual, na qual as empresas pertencentes às economias emergentes se encontram, demanda a busca de novos métodos para aumentar seus níveis de competitividade, resultando imperativo os estudos das formas alternativas de desenvolvimento empresarial, como o intraempreendimento e os fatores que podem promover esse tipo de condutas dentro da organização. Portanto, o objetivo da presente pesquisa é analisar a relação de elementos identificados no entorno interno da empresa ao seu nível de intraempreendimento. Para alcançar o anterior, aplicou-se um questionário a 144 funcionários de cargo médio do setor de serviços de transporte de passageiros no noroeste do México, cujos resultados foram tratados por meio de uma análise multivariada de correlação e de regressão linear múltipla. Os resultados sugerem um impacto positivo e significativo do suporte administrativo e da disponibilidade de tempo no intraempreendimento, assim como um impacto moderado das recompensas outorgadas aos funcionários. Esses resultados contribuem para a criação de teoria em um contexto e em um setor escassamente estudado e convidam à reflexão sobre a importância da consideração dessas práticas como métodos efetivos de gestão em prol da empresa.
