Education is constantly seeking change, innovation and higher standards. This can be possible if, besides other factors, teachers are committed and willing to achieve target goals. This is the case of teachers who have opted to expand their teaching role by writing their reflections on their daily job, by innovating current practices and systematizing them or by being researchers who then share what they have found.
